I woke up a bit before my alarm this morning because my back/right hip was in spasm. I've managed to stretch it out and it seems to have released. But man, I DO NOT like waking up in pain. Not at all. =(

So back on September 13th I went to the doctor about my back. Basically she said I was doing everything right (massage, trying to stretch more, not doing any heavy lifting). I’d taken anti-inflammatories for a bit, but mostly only when the pain got bad. She wanted me to try them on a regular basis and gave me a prescription for 800mg ibuprofen ( Read more... )

I survived another season of faire. But boy am I tired. I played hookie on Friday, slept late, and then had a two hour nap to boot. Not sure if I'm fighting off some sort of faire plague or not, but I woke up a bit phlegmy this morning, required a serious nose blowing. This has been a rough week. Last weekend was rough (dehydrated, got up way early both days, and probably over did it because my back has been complaining all week).
